Bump, Bump, Bump

"Here is Edward Bear, coming downstairs now, bump bump, bump on the back of his head, behind Christopher Robin. IT is, as far as he knows, the only way of coming downstairs, but sometimes he feels that there really is another way, if only he could stop bumping for a moment and think of it. And then he feels that perhaps there isn't. " Winnie-the-Pooh by A.A. Milne

I raided the guided reading library in our school closet and decided to grab this book for my own personal convenience. Little did I know the magic in this treasure. Every sentence is quotable; a lesson learn from every page.

When I read the introduction to this chapter, I couldn't help but think, "I've felt like this before".

Hats off to Milne; when shit hits the fan this is how it feels: there's gotta be another way... but then it's hard to figure out what way when all you feel is bump, bump, bump in your head.

The important thing to remember, I suppose, is there really is another way...we just have to give ourselves the chance to stop bumping for a moment to find it.
